King Arthur's Community Secondary School is situated on the
top of Wincanton's West Hill with magnificent views across
the Blackmore Vale.
Great care is taken to differentiate the curriculum to meet
each individual student's needs. There is also a wide range
of lunchtime and after-school clubs, covering such diverse interests
as art, computers, drama, engineering, music and various sports.
In addition to academic achievement, we realise that feeling
good about yourself, getting on well with others, being happy,
feeling secure, and free of anxieties, are all necessary to
be able to study well and successfully, and recognise that coping
with the modern world requires much more than academic success
alone.
